So Far, SO GOOD!
I'm listening to the audio book performed by Ron Pearlman, very happy with it so far. Love the lyrical feel to the prologue.

I really liked this. It was very cool, very creepy and yet it was treated in a very serious and almost scientific view point. It treats Vampirism from a CDC point of view. It is a disease and it has very specific symptoms and causes. It's not that it's terribly dumb, it's just that it isn't as deep as he'd like it to be. Like he got the hint that people didn't like him saying "Jesus wasn't the son of God" in The DaVinci Code so he tries to bring out this happy religious pro-God sort of point of view, while still keeping it not quite Christian in origin which is just a weird thing to try to do. Overall I walked away with a thought that he felt like he wanted to say something profound and ended up saying something kinda nice that could help make the world a better place.
