The audio version of this book is an excellent guide on difficult communications and negotiations. The authors are also the narrators, and they act out many of the conversations, helping to make the lessons more concrete and interesting. Great insights with numerous examples to help make them more memorable.
Note: While the audio book is abridged, it is 6 hours in length, so I suspect the abridgment is minimal.
