I don't want to be the one that makes everyone scoff and is just ignored. It's my responsibility, however, as the moderator of this group, to help it grow.

I've suddenly begun to like him...I like piano music in general, but this is so articulate and alive. It almost sounds like words in a language I almost know.

Yeah, I know that school stress feeling really well. A kid in the seventh or eighth grade told me once that he had a breakdown every night, and although I don't believe him, the fact that this seemed probable to other people just shows what school can do to people.
My worst stress situation was more emotional than school related. I had recently found out that one of my friends had a cancer that doctors could no longer help her with, and I also found out that one of my other friends had used this information to distract his mother from a failed quiz.
I felt like I was losing everybody. It was a horrible feeling. ]]>
The only book of his I've ever read is "A Christmas Carol", and although it was an interesting premise, I think that the fact that Dickens was getting paid per word made the book a lot worse. All of his ideas and descriptions were stretched out to an unbearable degree, to the point where I just wanted to stomp on his grave and yell "We get is already, get to the point, for goodness sake!!".
But that would be rather rude... ]]>
