And the angry part, I think is equally angry at the world and at herself, for letting everything slip from her control, and there comes the guilt. One other problem: she is a smart woman, and she does know she can't influence everything, but some things she can. It smelled of old books, and dusty paper, Norah Jones was playing on the radio, the light was yellow, coming from a single window. It had two floors, one in the attic, and was full of old books and magazines. I remember thinking I could live there... Heaven, I tell you. :)))
I do read on my computer, but I agree, it is tiring for the eyes.
