The storyline remains interesting, but many of the characters (Zoey's friends Damien, Jack, Shawnee, and Erin) are ridiculously cardboard and predictable. Far too much time is spent rehashing the details of previous installments in this series. The first half of the book is spent in a single setting with numerous introductions to characters that we never meet again in the course of this book. Zoey's constant boyfriend issues are also getting old. Dump the human already! I will continue reading this series, but I am tired of the stupid extra characters. ]]>
