This was a really great tween book. It had just enough drama and girl fights to really make the book good. I did have a problem with keeping the girls straight for some reason. About half way through the book I did finally keep Cate and Stella seperated and figure out who they were. But even after finishing the book I am still having a hard time remembering Andie and Lola's characters. I think it is because all of the girls are so much alike. Cate and Stella are the fashion divas and want to be popular. While Andie and Lola are both the outcasts in each side of the family and want to be like their older sister.

Saying that I did think that this book was really good. It starts off with Stella and Lola moving to the US with their mom who is going to marry Cate and Andie's dad. You think they are going to get along at the beginning but then things change and it gets so bad that their parents wedding is called off. Only to have the girls come together for a very emotional and cute ending. This is a great read for any tween or adult.

I have loved this series since book one. I really like the character of Raven and how she is an outcast but in my eyes she is the popular one, she sticks out to me and is a very cool character. In this book Raven and Alexander get closer and there are a couple of times in the book when I think Alexander is going to turn Raven into a vampire finally, if he does or doesn't I won't say, I don't want to ruin the book. But the book does end with Alexander leaving again after they capture the new trouble in town, Valentine, Jagger's younger brother, and they find out where Jagger and his sister are hiding!
Great series!

I could not put this book down. This is the perfect book for a teen to read about vampires. There isn't a lot of sex, or bad language in it. It also reads more like a YA book. And it has lots of vampire reading in it, even though that doesn't start until the end of the book, not going to say anymore because I don't want to ruin the book for anyone.
The book starts off with a girl named Raven who wears black all of the time and has never fit in, only with her best friend Becky who never fit in either. Raven has a lot of trouble with a guy named Trevor in the book, which I think he secretly likes her since he always seems to end up where she is and is always talking to her. But Raven gets her revenege over Trevor towards the end of the book, without even really trying.
The best part of the book, and the most entertaining for me is the house on top of the hill. It is a mysterious dark house that no one has lived in for a long time until a strange family moves in that the town thinks are vampires. Which makes Raven very happy since she has wanted to be a vampire since kindergarten. After Raven meets the mysterious boy that moves into the mansion the book takes off and I stayed up very late reading it.

Any book that has to do with witches is a great book to me. I have always liked witches, and I really love reading about them. This book was a perfect young adult witch story. It had a lot to do with Tasmin's life and how she doesn't fit in with the rest of her family because she never got her powers when she was supposed to. Her and Gabriel find themselves liking each other, and also getting into trouble together-like time traveling when they aren't supposed to be.
This book held my interest the whole time. It especially got good when the professor gets involved and takes Tasmin's sister.
