I think the author bit off more than he could chew with this one. I'd like to take some precautions against disease, especially since we have a lot working against the health of our bodies in this day in age. But I just found myself getting paranoid and feeling helpless, because there is absolutely no way I can or would even want to make all the changes he recommends.

A few things I do plan on doing:
--actually using our water filter
--fasting regularly to detoxify

The mains ones are:
--breastfeeding for as long as possible
--supplementing with acidophilus all the time, but focusing on the weeks leading up to vaccines, and the month after.
--same goes for omega-3s
I think the goal with the supplements is to give the child the tools he/she needs to fight the toxin/disease build-up in the brain and colon. ]]>
