I was happy to see another YA book that is moderately well written. I've gotten in the habit of reading "good" writing and it's made me give up on a couple of YA's. I, too (Hi Angela) can see the Twilight similarities. Particularly in the level of commitment between these two kids and how it doesn't feel fabricated or rushed or anything. Totally invested.. The actual time traveling was kind of bizarre -very CREATIVE- but bizarre none the less. A few twists I didn't expect, that's always nice. Too often you can call the twists from a mile out.
