Excellent book! Probably one of the most facinating and pageturning mysteries I have ever read. The writing is fresh, the storyline seems new, but has that familiar modern detective vibe to it. Think of it as a bit of a mix between Silence of the Lambs and the V.I Warshaski novels. It also gave some interesting information on the Amish, which I assume to be true facts. The one downside is, the book is a bit graphic, but not overly. Really well done.

Its pretty predictable, but still a good ol Dan Brown pageturner. While I didn't like this one as much as his others (I found this one a little more confusing), I couldn't put it down like the others before. While I have only read the first and this one, I must say that JK Rowling does know how to write and write quite well! Greatly enjoyed this book, but there were parts that dragged on a little too long and the ending is a bit anticlamatic. Still, I think its a book to read a few times!
