Really fun look at life inside Microsoft. The Xbox stuff was the most interesting element but there's a lot of good, funny and sometimes inspirational stories.

Brilliant book... If you enjoy the podcasts he does with Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant then you'll enjoy this book... He has a unique way at looking at the world and, again, some of it makes sense in a weird kind of way!

“Love and death are very similar. They're the times in your life when you most want to believe in magic, when you yearn for some symbolic act or retrospective edit that can change the world you find yourself in.”
