What a refreshing read! Shocking too in places - the author approaches his work with a brutal determination to bring about change for his clients - whatever that entails.
Not afraid to offend, the author presents a robust, no nonsense intelligent compassion which shines through each account of working with his clients. This is a book which illustrates highly creative nlp, and which often challenges the approach of several standard 'mainstream nlp' textbooks. Andrew Austin is described by Bill 0'Hanlon as 'the British Milton Erickson' - I can see why.
