Frankly, I feel like the introduction is the best part of this book. The premise is interesting and at times the happenings are amusing and/or tense. Overall, though, it left me with no desire to revisit it, which makes it a good but only good book.

I had almost a year of hiatus in this book, an honestly wish that she would have begun with the second section rather than its current order. When she digs into her experience in the classroom, you're equally interested in her literary analysis as in the changing socio-political climate around her. I ended the book feeling like I wish I could write her a letter, and we could be friends.
