It is a great book in finding yourself. Finding inner peace and to accept the challenges of everyday life. I have read the book twice and still find it to be a great reference tool.

Great book for anyone who is not comfortable with changes at home or at work. It uses a step by step simple story of mice and cheese and what they do to make changes. Not all are willing to move on. I highly recommend it.

We all have this other person that takes control of us. Make us be someone we do not like and would like to have more control of it. Great book for those people that have this inner voice that make you do or say things that you regret later.
