The last days of the Third Reich were madness and through those two members of SS Wotan were somehow surviving. Oberscharfuhrer Schulze and his friend Rottenfuhrer Matz were somehow trapped in Berlin under the Russian bombardment meeting quite unruly foreign SS unit mix of various nationalities under command of very sadistic Dutch officer with quite nasty American as second in command. It was clear that those two officers were planning to be rich and very alive. Schulz had only one plan to make the remains of Wotan surviving the war. Yes, those plans collided when the fifth player appeared, Martin Bormann wanted to live to. However nothing was as planed and two old comrades made it trough even if barely but they made it. Villains got what they deserved and Schulze with Matz walked in to the sun with old Wotan´s song on their lips.

Another thick with action and with very disgusting sex scenes typical for Leo Kessler. I think that man had serious trauma from women...for sure.

I am quite hooked on books from Leo Kessler and those are very hard to get in my country. That is huge pain, but I managed to find another in the book store. Part of Wotan is trapped on the outskirts of Charkov and Kuno von Dodenburg (I wonder if it is OK for SS officer to be such honorable and cool man) was facing total annihilation of his unit from Russians. He decided to move with his men from the pocket and to join the rest of Wotan. There was huge but...he had to pass the area, which was in hands of Russians. The catastrophe happened and he was forced to surrender. The catch is that official propaganda said that SS Wafen never surrendered. The rescue mission was lead despite orders from superiors by Shultze who was with his friend fucking some female lice infested flesh, while their unit was taken.
The book is thick with action and with some desperate knowledge that everybody must end badly in next books. The heroism of those men and women of both sides was very well showed in this book.
Oh yes and author has very yucky sexual scenes. That stay.

The look from the other side of the front line is always refreshing and Leo Kessler made another good job with his SS Wotan series. The opening of Blitzkrieg by crushing trough Maginot line. Kuno von Dodenburg was still young and still so fresh but performing nicely trough the heat of action. Yes, SS Wotan showed what it was made of. Action and very clear view from the other side made that book unique and worth of reading. There were little here and there from actual historical things to the fictional things. It was one of the most plastic book of the series. The characters were not cartoon board straight but had some development.

Many of the things in the book are very historically accurate, for example, the German paratroopers landing on top of the fort in gliders to capture it. Kuno is the best from the rest, do you copy? The problem is that our Kuno is officer SS. Oh, yes another Kuno´s adventures and massive American soldier killing in Aachen. Kuno von Dodenburg managed survive as well as his two sidekicks from SS and about 100 men from Wotan. Well, gore and partially bad taste of humor is motto of this book. It is like author was joking about things, which should not be joked about. He loved Kuno, everybody loves Kuno. Reader is happy that Kuno made it to another day.

The very charming, well you know what I am meaning, was the last senteces which were exchanged between our beloved Kuno and the commander of Aachen. "You know von Dodenburg, between us war criminals, you should get out as soon as possible or we will meet at the same trial."

yes that is called spirit. I think author has no shame at all.

This book is typical military adventure centered on male readers. There is gore, sex, gore and males, who are author wanna bes. There is no characterization of characters, just pure action and schematic portrait, which just put the feeling. Character development is taboo. However in the very depraved sense of humor, this book is hilarious with its craving to be something more and pathos, which is misplaced. Mix of real and fictitious characters does not work either. I was surprised by relatively few historic mistakes, but they were just nerdish so no important.
Obersturmbannfuhrer von Dodenberg is a man, who is model SS officer and soldier and ultimate male dressed in fancy uniform often misunderstood by his superiors and every chic craves for him. Oh yes and he is also smart and the best from the rest, plus loved by his soldiers. He smoked out invasion at Normandy, but nobody cared for his warnings. Then shit broke and he was saving what he could. He had two crazy non commissioned officers who were pair of crazy foul mouthed fellows who were as brave as horny. Oh yes and one had just one leg, but it did not stop him from making troubles.

Macho, macho man...that is an ultimate goal of how heir of very old and honored family should look like. There is a young man who is in training to be perfect man. The fighting techniques are peace of cake, but art of love is another task. His martial art teacher is also bed plays teacher. Our young man felt deeply in love that man and whole mange he struggled to get honest feelings from his always proper teacher. He got them and also made impression on the rest of the family as true model of male stoicism.
The other part of manga is about love triangle between lecherous teacher and two foster brothers in typical school plague story.

The first story had very funny moments and was little bit more enjoyable that the first one, but missing this manga would not be great deal.

Compilations of short stories have great advantage, when one story is not so good there is always another which can caught your attention.
The first is about very spoiled heir of financial empire Buyu, who had to deal with responsibility, murderous relatives and very devoted bodyguard. There was a great change in whoring around Buyu to loving man. Yes, clearly it was Hibiki, the bodyguard, who changed him.
The second story is about two pediatricians, who were solving problem fuck or not to fuck at work. Great. Third story is about highschooler and his teacher and great mirror of male love. Fourth about manager and very dumb male model, who needed special treatment aka to be well handled, right? The last is about chef and his exploits in kitchen, of course it is not about cooking. This manga is simply mediocre but readable and at some point even enjoyable.

There is no logic in this plot and characters behaves like hysterical heroines, but it does not matter at all. Young boy who lost his parents due a mafia sniper, left his foster family in order to find his secret benefactor. How it is in yaoiland, he started to sleep in gorgeous man. The man has very bad past and not only past. Haruhi soon found himself in the middle of fight over his beloved mysterious lover, who turn out to be the same mafia man, who killed his parents. But well love is love and killing parents is not an obstacle for functional relationship as well as suicide of wanna be lover plus occasional kidnapping.
This manga is not the best thing I have ever read, but in a way is very charming.
