This book had a very interesting flow to it, but I personally felt it took too long to tell the story of Mary Margaret and Jude. There was a lot more of the back history and her current life than of her connection to Jude. This was disappointing. I loved the basic story of Rebecca Bloomwood being a compulsive spender while ironically working at a Magazine called Successful Saving. I thought most of the story was fun and clever, but it was ruined by the sprinkling of F-bombs throughout the story and a bit of skank thrown in at the end. I generally love Susan Meissner books, but this one was just OK. The pace of the book was S-L-O-W, it was pretty depressing, and didn't have the usual suspense of a mystery.
