A wonderful epistolary novel about the island of Guernsey. Characters that you fall in love with and a book that you cannot put down. I hope there is a sequel to Juliet's story. I enjoyed the references to what kept the Literary Society thriving and grew their love of reading - Austen, the Brontes, and Dickens - reminded me of my love of literature and how novels constantly influence my life. If only I could have received letters from Wilde - what a story that would make. ]]>
