Like Fearsome Endjinn, this non-Culture book has phonetic chapters (a Scottish swordsman in this case), and an extremely large building. They took a modern-day medical drama, cut of it's head, wrapped it in sci-fi, brined it in biblical apocalypse, fried it in a superhero comic, stuffed it with a baby, stayed up all night decorating it, and then made me eat the whole thing in China.
