The 6yo needs to do a project on India, and decided to focus on the Taj Mahal - thus this book. It is kind of wordy and overly romantic for a 6yo boy, and doesn't give as many details on the construction as we would have liked. On the plus side, the illustrations are beautiful - however, they're kind of small (in part because they are set on elaborately detailed backgrounds that fill a lot of the space). I would have preferred for the illustrations to be larger - or maybe that's just my "old eyes" complaining!

I bet he does! Or if not Hagrid, then someone from the HP Universe. After all, even if Jim Dale has 2000 voices, he had to use all of them in HP so some are bound to appear elsewhere. :^)
The main problem I had with Hagrid and Black Stache having such a similar voice is that Hagrid is a good guy (gentle and bumbling), but Stache is definitely a bad guy. Not sure whose voice he could have had instead - after all, Dolores Umbridge wouldn't work for the most feared pirate. :^)
