Picked up a picture book after attending a children writer's conference. Hiku is an adorable story about the best critters in the world, penguins! The four stars is because the ebook needed better formatting.

Kourtnie McKenzie gave to: Halo (Halo, #1) by Alexandra Adornetto read in April, 2011	My rating:
Absolutely fantastic! I will be buying book two the day it's released. While I wouldn't call it a thriller, Halo had an engaging plot and tear-jerking ending. It's a pleasant and thoughtful read.

Fast and creepy read. Great choice if you need a break from a novel! I downloaded the free, illustrated version for my iPad, and the artwork added a surprising amount of disturbia to the story.
