A fantastic ending to the series. The change of POV from Jessica (first person) to Jessica and Marcus (third person) took a little getting used to. But I loved finally getting to know a little bit more about what made/makes Marcus tick. Absolutely fantastic book and worth every one of the 5 stars I could give it.

I know a lot of fans of the series think this book is their least favorite. But, I ended up really liking this book. I appreciated that the author cares enough about her characters to make them real and very, very flawed. Marcus finally loses some of his perfection, and Jessica's failings are brutally brought to light. Her journey of self-discovery should ring true to anyone who is honest with themselves about their own development from teenager to adult.
