Cells adapt to their environment, thus genetics are a framework and like all the books I seem to be reading these days- the power of the mind rules supreme. Anything is possible with a tamed mind. I liked how this came from a biologists proof what yogis, native americans and the like know already-tame the mind and possibilities are endless, set your intention on what you like and that is where you shall go.
