In my high school class, the AP English Lit class that I am taking right now (of the three available) is very empty, in that we have only read three epic poems since September. :( I expected to read a broader range of books and sorts, but we only read weird poems that somehow connect to the epic poems...
ok, sorry for being all whiney but...
but with every loss there is a gain. Living in the NYC, the city branch has several copies of each book and, even better so, many readers who reserve the book. I took me two months to get Fire Study (which I am enjoying a hell lot now).
