I think I liked this book better than the others in the series. Hard to prove since I have rated them all 3 stars. I liked how there was a major turning point in the middle of the story that led to the rest of the book. It would have been too simple if Aya finding out about the Sly Girls was the whole plot. I liked the action in this book.

Decent book. I had a hard time picturing the characters correctly because I kept picturing how they were on the tv show, which is not at all how they are described in the book. The book was better than the show though and it didn't get as far into the totally implausible plot lines that the show did.

I didn't like this story that much. The ending was dramatic, but the rest was kind of dull. I didn't believe that the main character would really be that ignorant of everything going on - wouldn't he have been in on all of the Hitler Youth stuff? especially since his dad was a commandant. I didn't like the writing style of the book either. The term "out-with" really bothered me too since it only works in English and I doubt that is the language that they were speaking.
