I hated these people - they might have had the worst dog in the world, but it was all their fault, and this is why this book annoyed the crap out of me. Everything about them screamed irresponsible from the very beginning. I do have to give them a little credit, that they didn't just dump him at the pound, but that's what most people like this do.
