This was simular to another book about I read but it was interesting in itself. I like the author in other books too. She is bound by some magic to this man 'in a box' (like the jeanie in a bottle) and she has bad guys tring to kill her so it is a bit of mystery, action and romance. I really really liked this book and can't wait for the next one in this series. It reminded me of the fae series from Karen Moning. Euginie gets herslef caught up with the fae world (Otherworld) and the human world and is constantly being torn with folks in both worlds putting pressure on her to be on their team. While she banishing the 'bad' fae from the Human world to the 'Otherworld' she is dealing with Humans mistreating the fae as well. This book was about 1 of the 2 sons of the Viking 1, #1 book and didn't involve time travel but the other two did. It connected to the other 2 books but just a little so no need to have read them first.
