Dead Heat was written based upon Biblical Prophecies. This same author wrote previous books in which certain aspects of it came true like 9/11. I am on chapter one. Yes...chapter one. The book is catchy. So far a husband and wife are going through tough times in the old west and he is corresponding with another lady. The book is written by a Williams, Arizona author. She uses history to surround her story. This particular story takes place in Prescott, AZ. A friend allowed me to borrow it. Apparently, alot of her ancestors are mentioned in the book. I have two books I am writing: "Broken Compass," and the first book in a series of books called, "The Rose Door." I have done so much research on the Rose Door and the outline is done. I just have to WRITE the story. You'd think that would be easy! Now I can't make up my mind how to begin The Rose Door. Broken Compass has three chapters written, but no outline. I got stuck on chapter three. You are probaly diciplined. Part of the problem with procrastination is lack of dicipline. It even plagues Nichole Nordeman when she writes songs. So I guess there is some consolation there.
