This was a good book and I started it to get a feel for how the movie may be for the kids. A bit "Dark" for my liking, but an interesting fantasy story for children. I will continue on with the series just to see how they are and if I would suggest them to my older kids. (less)

Nuns, priests, lawyers, hitmen, orphans, prostitutes... All kinds of characters. I like some of his other books better than this so gave it a 3.(less)
