I liked this book and its theme of survival. There was a mystery involved which i liked, but i thouht it dragged a little at the end. But i would reccomend it. ]]>

I really liked this book. This man truly proves that one person can make a difference in the world. His story gives us an incite into a culture very few of us know about. All we hear about is the taliban and the extremists. We all need to be a little more tolerant of our fellow man. When i read a book i always like to find the part of the book that title comes from. I found the meaning of three cups of tea on page 150. To me it has the same meaning as "stop to smell the roses", well almost the same meaning. You'll have to read the book to find out. I also felt that Peter Mortenson gives proof that there really are angels on people's shoulders. ]]>
I'm not really sure i got this book. I've never read Jane but i have seen a couple of movies, which iliked. But i didn't really get the connection with the characters in this book and Jane Austen. Maybe i not enough of a fan. ]]>
