I was pleasantly surprised by this book. My son brought it home and I was a little reluctant to read it. I'm glad I did though, it's not overly religious and has a nice message. I also enjoyed the illustrations.

More of Andria's books…
Alan Moore
“My experience of life is that it is not divided up into genres; it’s a horrifying, romantic, tragic, comical, science-fiction cowboy detective novel. You know, with a bit of pornography if you're lucky.”
Alan Moore

Chuck Palahniuk
“Honest is how I want to look. The truth doesn't glitter and shine.”
Chuck Palahniuk, Survivor

Bell Hooks
“The transformative power of love is not fully embraced in our society because we often wrongly believe that torment and anguish are our ‘natural’ condition.”
Bell Hooks

Thomas More
“For if you suffer your people to be ill-educated, and their manners to be corrupted from their infancy, and then punish them for those crimes to which their first education disposed them, what else is to be concluded from this, but that you first make thieves and then punish them.”
Thomas More, Utopia

Chuck Palahniuk
“Find out what you're afraid of and go live there.”
Chuck Palahniuk
