Thanks for the tip on Flora Segunda! I have ordered the book, and will read it when it gets here. I've tried to pick back up The Golden Compass, without much luck. I still can't understand why people (read: critics) rave so much about these books! This book is so boring, it's driving me nuts! And the Undead and Un-- books, I now wish I had not polluted my brain with these...
Thanks for the tip on Flora Segunda! I have ordered the book, and will read it when it gets here. I've tried to pick back up The Golden Compass, without much luck.
