Bleak House was no different. You cannot pick up a piece of literature without feeling some sense of culture. The first few hundred pages are a little rough going, Dickens being Dickens as it were. Then after spending 2 months learning and growing with these characters, reaching the end and finding out what happened to the numerous folks that have come into and out of the pages of the Bleak House story is like catching up with old friends.
