Wow, Walter Simonson's run on 'Thor' really was as insane as I remember. This book comes after the fire demon who wore a diaper of flame & after the horse god from space -- both storylines of epic craziness -- but does contain the story where Thor is turned into a frog, battles a bunch of rats with bronx accents and then is propositioned by a frog princess.

Holy crap could Lester Dent put some hurt on the English language. You have to be impressed by prose so purple it pushes into the ultra-violet.

I've read this book a few times and decided to read it again because of this new translation.
