Who the heck knows! I feel scared recommending books because some books are more sentimental, or you have to be in the mood for, etc. etc. etc. For a quick intense read I love Baldacci- his book THE WINNER is awesome. For easy reading with a deeper meaning I love Charles Martin - When Crickets Cry. A wonderful Classic THE POISON WOOD BIBLE or East of Eden (you've read those I think) and I actually LOVED the book that just came out in a kids cartoon about that mouse. IT was great.
