I'm not liking this book to much. I find myself feeling grimy every time I put it down. I don't particularly like the all too often sex scenes nor the extremely detailed descriptions. ]]>

I agree! It was very thought provoking and uplifting while squeezing the tears right out of me. I found myself defensive in parts and it caused me to question my beliefs and reevaluate them. Which I always think is s good thing! I actually really enjoyed it and have recommended it to some of my other friends! ]]>

I am reading PIllars of the Earth by Ken Follet due to numerous recommendations from friends and family. I can only read one book at a time as I completely immerse myself in it. The next book I'll be engulfing is The Grapes of Wrath also because of recommendations. Though, I'm slightly hesitant. Isn't it supposed to be depressing and dark?? Any comments?
I would really like to dig in to Twilight as well. I have heard it is absolutely wonderful--page turner to say the least and I love those!! ]]>
