The backward storyline got me disoriented for a bit when I had to take a break. Part of the story kind of tied in with Werner Herzog's latest documentary, "Cave of Forgotten Dreams" that I saw a couple of weeks before reading this. Of course it was a ...more

I've never been a cat owner but from the many times I get to hang out with my cat-in-law Molly, I can say that this book is spot on! Lots of funny-because-it's-true cat moments can be found in this graphic novel. Cat owners would love it.

A member of some kind of a ghostbuster squad accidentally sent a dying boy into the underworld. This book follows the boy's adventure and the ghostbuster dude's efforts to bring the boy back to the living world. Interesting store. I enjoyed it.

A very sparse graphic novel. I guess it serves its purpose since a week after reading it I still remember what it's all about (more or less). But I still don't really like it. I prefer John Porcellino's usual stuff. This one is just... meh.

This graphic novel is hard to describe as it is very complex. A little hard to read at times. It contains many stories from the Koran (don't worry, no pictures of Prophet Muhammad), but it also contains nudity and sexuality. Told you this book was co ...more

Interesting coming-of-age story. Nothing groundbreaking, but could be somewhat educational to teen readers.
