AMI is planning a second printing and anticipates books will be back in the supply chain by Mid-March 2010. In the meantime I'll make availalbe the few hundred books in my "private stash" for purchasing since Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Borders, and all other channels are now out of stock and likely won't be refilled until Mid March 2010.
