I really loved this book! The fact that it was written from the dog's perspective was completely unique. The philosophical views were thought-provoking and touching. I loved all the references to racing and Formula One. It was very hard for me to put this book down once I started it, and that does not happen to me often.
The only thing I did NOT love is the fact that I finished reading this book on a plane, without tissue handy. Not smart! Don't make that mistake! ]]>

I enjoyed this book, but I admit that I might be biased because I am already a pescetarian (pesco-vegetarian), and admittedly a large part of "Quantum Wellness" deals with conscientious eating. But aside from that, I found the "eight pillars" of wellness to be relevant and sound. I think that most people could take away beneficial ideas from reading this book. ]]>
