Neurobiologist with infant and toddler deals with her mother's diagnosis of alzheimer's. Sound familiar? Well, except for the neurobiologist part . . .

Sybil's a little saccharine for my taste, waxing poetic about the miracle of motherhood, and her expectations for love and support from her own mother are completely foreign, but this book helps me feel not alone, so I keep reading.
