Invisibles is just kind of a mind-screw, but alot of fun (if you've read Morrison, you know what he's up to). I can't really picture reading From Hell just for the simple pleasure of it, because there isn't really any! It's a history lesson, conspiracy theory and murder mystery all wrapped up together, without losing any elements of any of those sort of stories. So, yeah, it gets pretty long-winded in places. I love it for that sometimes. As for V For Vendetta, it's probably the most easily accessible of Moore's 'canonic' work: it's a pretty straight-forward revenge mystery-drama, with little else added. That's probably the one Moore thing people revere that I think it's easiest to forget is his. A totally easy read.
