This storyline was convoluted and crunched into a series that should have been much longer. I picked up this book not knowing what had all transpired priviously in the DCU and this is most likly why I felt so lost. In addition, in the back interview section there were many mentions of the authors needing more pages/issues and it shows.
Unless you are an up todate DCU diehard I would say skip this trade....less

Books on style like 99 Ways to Tell a Story by Matt Madden or series on drawing like Draw Your Own Manga: Beyond the Basics by Haruno Nagatomo. Everything and anything about graphic novels...belongs right here....less

This group is dedicated to the category of speculative fiction. The subtopic choices presented had only 'Science Fiction and Fantasy' but we are focused mostly on the former.
Readers of 'Sci-Fi' often have a common desire to explore the vagaries of life. There are stories that compel us with dark visions of society. Others are more poignant and touching. Some just make us laugh. Whatever angle the writer takes, we are (hopefully) taken on a journey that helps us understand our more prosaic surroundings....less
