is on page 25 of 172 of Sell Your Nonfiction Book: One tip that really resounded with me was to think about book as series of articles - write 1000-2000 words and judge if these articles are enough to turn into chapters - some can be combined, others omitted. Simple thought but very pertinent for my writing style and thought process.
