This book is deep and profound and will be life changing for anyone that reads it and takes the time to contemplate it. My experience as I have been reading it has been multi-faceted. I was blissed out for 3 days after reading the first chapter because he described things that I had felt and I have never been able to put words on. The pain body chapter is a strong key for life management. The whole book is so clear, I look at it as a gift to the world.
