This was a fun read. I was a little nervous because I had a hard time getting through Nothing Down by the same author even though his content was great. This book had no problem holding my attention. I especially like how the authors used two separate teaching techniques to teach the same wealth principles. This allows everyone to learn. I would recommend this book to everybody....less
