Another enjoyable outing in the Ella Clah series with a closed case at the end, but personal issues left - no doubt - for the next book.
Evans Above by Rhys Bowen
" The Evans Evans mysteries of Rhys Bowen aren't the heavy mysteries that you usually read, but they are 100 persent delightful. "

Antoher visual treat. I keep this one handy as an antidote to Minnesota winters and my own bland home decor.

I love little gems like this. Something to take me away visually and let me dream, dream, dream. It isn't really about reading per se, but I do love this book.

Description: Maryjude brought me a rock from the North Shore of Minnesota (she knows I love rocks). It was one of those smooth water-buffed rocks that fit in the palm of your hand and you can't help letting your fingers run up and down over its curved surface. It is a "worry rock". The day I wrote this poem I was carrying it in my pocket hoping it would bring out the muse and it did!
