This will prevent 1001noisycameras from sending you messages or viewing your profile. 1001noisycameras will not know you have blocked him/her—your profile will appear as if it was private. Also, messages on discussion boards from 1001noisycameras will be hidden (though there will be a link to view it if you want to).
