These days I read what I'm sent to review, really. I get all sorts of genres (I say no to things I'm definitely not interested in), but yeah, I barely have time to read all the review-requested books I have to read.

I used to just meander around the library - usually sticking to the fantasy/sci-fi section - and pick up random books until I found something I was interested in (which I decided on by reading the back blurb).

Overall, it’s an interesting and thought-provoking read. Even if you don’t care to let it take your mind wandering into your own feelings and thoughts about “right to die” and other issues, this book won’t disappoint.

This book is worth reading if you’ve found yourself wondering if you always wanted to be such a career woman or a stay at home mom. It provides a unique perspective most of us have long forgotten about. I found myself often wondering if I stayed true to the promises I made to myself growing up and if I have so far become the woman I wanted to be.

I’m eagerly awaiting the release of the second book and am wondering what adventures and truths will find as she grows into a teenager.

Not only does this book provide instructions and guidance, at the end is a 250 blog list of good examples of blogs arranged by niche/category. I have been looking through these blogs and I agree – they are the top 250 blogs.

I definitely recommend this book as a great resource.

If you’re looking for a black and white, this is how you get published type of book on writing, this isn’t the book for you. However, if you are looking to explore why you write, how to get through the dark times of being a writer, and what your writing can mean for you, then this is definitely the book for you. It’s interesting, funny, and touching, all wrapped up in one book.
