One of my three favorite cookbooks, I have used this one since 2000. Some of my fav recipes include corn fritters, peanut dipping sauce, and cranberry/apple crumble. Yummy!

I always have this cookbook handy when I am in the kitchen. My mom gave me this book and it has been the source of many inspired dishes from my kitchen! It has a lot of information on nutrition and options for making dishes with less fat and salt.
