I've recently been trying to broaden my reading range. Most genres of books I'm happy with, and I've branched into dystopian (a genre I really like) with 1984 and Fahrenheit 451, comedy with Yes Man and Join Me, fantasy with His Dark Materials and Maximum Ride. I'm a romantic and I've read my share of romance books but I try not to read them too often as they make me cry too much. =)I find it hard to get into deeply historical books - that was never a good subject for me.

I'm trying to chase my former glory of being an avid reader. Reading and watching films are my escapism. I read when I'm bored or unhappy or if a story grips my curiosity and won't let go.
