Proven Guilty (The Dresden Files, Book 8) by Jim Butcher |
my rating:

Brett said:
"Definitely the slowest book in the Dresden Files (especially coming off of "Dead Beat"), but I think it might contain Butcher's best writing to date. It's a slow burn, more noir/mystery than action/fantasy, but quite awesome.

"The most wild, ridiculous Dresden book so far. It's completely amazing (albeit quite far-fetched) and "yahoo!" for character development.

Lost: A Novel (Paperback) by Gregory Maguire |

"Kind of cool, but it will be my last book by Gregory Maquire. His writing is very distracting, either on purpose or naturally. Half the time I had to reread entire passages just to understand the action. Very strange style this man has.

"The style of writing in this novel made my brain hurt. It also hurt my time, which it wasted. See the musical.
