I'm a die hard Top Chef viewer, it's one of my top three favorite shows, ever. This book certainly brings attention to the knowledge base that a chef must possess. The recipes are extremely complicated to the average cook, but I'm sure they're relatively "simple" for the Top Cheftestants.
